3. Payments and renewals
Plans are paid once in advance. There is no automatic renewal: when your plan ends, you choose whether to buy another. Prices are shown in pounds sterling on our IPTV UK prices section and may change for new orders, never for a plan you have already paid for.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for personal viewing and in line with UK law. You must not:
- rebroadcast, record for distribution, or publicly show content from the service;
- try to access our servers or other customers’ accounts without permission;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Service availability
We work to keep the service running smoothly, but streams depend on your internet connection, your device and third-party sources. Channel line-ups can change. We do not guarantee that any particular channel or event will be available.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee.
7. Copyright
We respond to valid copyright notices. If you believe content available through the service infringes your rights, follow the steps on our copyright & DMCA page.
