Privacy policy

We collect as little personal data as we need to run your IPTV UK subscription. This page explains what, why and your rights under UK GDPR.

Who is responsible for your data

IPTV United Kingdom is the data controller. Contact us about privacy at support@iptvunitedkingdom.co or through the contact page.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your WhatsApp number and/or email address, so we can send your login and support you.
  • Order details: the plan you bought, the date and the payment reference. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Device information you tell us: for example “Firestick”, so we can send the right setup guide.
  • Website analytics: anonymous visit statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

  • To deliver and support your subscription (performance of a contract).
  • To keep basic records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
  • To improve the website (legitimate interests or your consent for analytics).

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: our payment provider, WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us, our email provider and our website host. Some of these may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

Account and support messages are kept while your subscription is active and for 12 months after it ends. Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop processing it. Email support@iptvunitedkingdom.co and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies by default. Analytics cookies are set only if you agree to them.
